West Irving builds team plans around instruction, appropriate competition, and clear expectations for players and families.
Three Weekly Practice Hours
Teams generally practice twice per week for approximately 90 minutes per session.
Skills and Basketball IQ
Practices connect individual development with spacing, reads, decisions, and team concepts.
Level-Appropriate Competition
Competition plans reflect team readiness, schedule availability, and the goals of each roster.
Managed Roster Sizes
Roster sizes and the number of teams per grade are managed to protect coaching capacity.
Scheduling note: Tournament, circuit, and travel participation is not guaranteed. Final schedules depend on roster readiness, invitations or acceptance, availability, and the approved competition plan. Required uniforms are purchased separately through the official team store.
